I’ve made the transition of eating healthy whole some food for only one month now. It’s happening at an okay pace, because to obtain hand for most part organic products along with researching for the best brands possible takes time. But soon I will be able to acquire a plethora of healthy ingredients. Yay!
I went for simple toppings (banana, blueberries and ground cinnamon) this time around. I wanted to focus more on the taste of the oats since it was my first time ever having a purer cut. Rather than the instant oats. I used Arrowhead organic Steel Cut oats.
Verdict: 45 mins of cooking time was worth it for sure!
