Walking over the Williamsburg Bridge from Brooklyn to Lower east side of Manhattan. I can easily take the train, like I’ve always done. But this summer we’ve been walking over this bridge for the last 2 months or so. I see it as getting a nice simple work out since it take 45 minutes each way. It’s also relaxing for me, maybe because of the breath taking view i get of the city or the cool breeze that hits my face while crossing it.
Breakfast: Steel cut oats with almond butter, bananas and almonds.
