INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp chopped chives
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp chopped fresh chili pepper
Combined all ingredients with ground pork
Make little round balls
Put skillet on medium high heat. Put balls one a at time to brown for about 2 minutes on each side.
INGREDIENTS FOR BROTH:
6 cups of organic low sodium chicken broth
1- 16oz organic soba noodles
1/2 tbsp of sesame oil
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp fresh chopped chili peppers
1 tbsp chili paste
1 cup chopped scallions
one carrots sliced
one pound baby Bok Choy
Put 4 cups of water to boil and add soba noodles. cook for about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot heat sesame oil, add chili peppers and carrots cook for 1 minute. Add soy sauce and fish sauce. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add bean sprouts (not pictured and optional). Add pork meat balls once broth is boiling and cover for 10 minutes.
Then add Bok choy and chili paste. Simmer for 5 minutes. Then in a soup bowl add noodles and then soup broth on top.
